Our service call and diagnosis fee is $120 on most appliances.

This includes the trip to the home and a complete diagnosis of your unit up to 30 minutes.

Our tech will give you the repair cost upfront when he has parts in his truck, and then you pay the parts, tax, and labor. The service call fee will be waived.

However, if our tech is not able to repair the unit at time of visit, you pay the service call fee and will be given the repair cost following business day. The service call fee you paid will be deduct from the repair cost.

Labor cost is vary and it depends on the appliance type.

For the 2nd, 3rd appliance in the same home during the same trip, the diagnosis fee is $60
